Grilled corn cabbage

Serves: 2

  • 60ml olive oil
  • 1 corn cabbage
  • 2g musterd seeds
  • 2 sprigs tarragon
  • 1 lemon
  • 30ml honey
  • 60g pecan nuts
  1. Heat up the grill with 20ml olive oil.
  2. Cut the cabbage in half.
  3. Grill the cabbages for 4 minutes each side.
  4. Heat a frying pan. Dry roast the mustard seeds.
  5. Use the Magimix to make the dressing. Put together 40ml olive oil, tarragon and musterd seeds.
  6. Heat up a frying pan. Bake de the pecans together with the honey for 2 minutes. Watchout they will burn quickly. Let them cool down for a few minutes. After cooling down chop them roughly.
  7. Serve the cabbage with the tarragon mustard dressing and the honey baked pecans.
