Serves: 2
- 60ml olive oil
- 1 corn cabbage
- 2g musterd seeds
- 2 sprigs tarragon
- 1 lemon
- 30ml honey
- 60g pecan nuts
- Heat up the grill with 20ml olive oil.
- Cut the cabbage in half.
- Grill the cabbages for 4 minutes each side.
- Heat a frying pan. Dry roast the mustard seeds.
- Use the Magimix to make the dressing. Put together 40ml olive oil, tarragon and musterd seeds.
- Heat up a frying pan. Bake de the pecans together with the honey for 2 minutes. Watchout they will burn quickly. Let them cool down for a few minutes. After cooling down chop them roughly.
- Serve the cabbage with the tarragon mustard dressing and the honey baked pecans.
